Chris Burnett, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, has built high tech businesses and been involved in product and service commercialisation and marketing for over 20 years.
In the telecoms sector, Chris was CEO of rapid growth manufacturing businesses involved in the early stage commercialisation of local multipoint distribution services (LMDS) in the UK and the development and deployment of software radio products to build the UK's TETRA emergency services cellular network.
Chris has set up global distribution networks, and sold products in over twenty countries around the world. Chris has worked on various government standards committees and was on the committee of the national Manufacturing Excellence Awards in the mid 1990s. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering & Technology.
Richard Taylor, CTO and founder, has been involved in the design of communications products since the mid 1980s and in superconductor technology for the past 10 years. He brings a wealth of theoretical and practical experience, plus a broad technological understanding of the process of R&D and commercialisation.
Seppo Kuula, Vice President, Sales, has over 15 years experience in the International Wireless Telecommunication market, including working with numerous leading wireless solution providers, equipment vendors and network operators.
During his career Seppo has successfully built and headed several Sales & Marketing teams and Business & Product Management organisations worldwide.
Wolfgang leads the commercial development activities of Mesaplexx from prototype through to manufacture. His education includes a Masters degree in technology and innovation management.
Davor Shimats, Operations Manager, is a wireless transmission technology business veteran with more than of 25 years of experience, most of those spent in production management.
Davor was formerly Director of Manufacturing Operations for MAS Technologies, which became Stratex Networks (and is now Harris), a key manufacturer of high performance microwave radios. For his early career he was based in Europe and focused on Electronic Engineering. Davor holds a Masters of Business Administration from Massey University, New Zealand and currently works at the Mesaplexx corporate HQ and production facility in Brisbane, Australia.
