Mesaplexx designs, manufactures and markets next generation RF Solutions - with extraordinary performance and extreme reliability - for the wireless telecommunication market worldwide.

Our next generation filters and low noise amplifier systems use high temperature superconductor (HTS) ceramics and cryogenic cooling technologies to create products that radically improve the performance of mobile cell sites and in turn the quality of service (QoS) to customers.

Background

We have been in business for over five years, focused on researching and developing world-class HTS RF technologies which have now been turned into commercial volume production products. Formerly known as M&MD, we have recently changed our company name to reflect better our company ethos and our aspirations to deliver our next generation products to the global marketplace.

Our researchers are co-operating with six research establishments across the world in leading HTS studies, and our development teams are presently working closely with leading Network Operators such as Telstra and leading equipment vendors such as Ericsson.

MAP Venture Partners (affiliated with Ericsson Australia) commented recently that Mesaplexx's technology “could have very substantial value and interest for companies like Ericsson, Nokia and others. The potential cost savings and network performance improvements for mobile operators could be very significant".

We have strong financial support from three leading venture capital backers – CM Capital, Southern Cross Ventures and iQfunds. Mesaplexx has also received equity investment from the Queensland State Government and grant funding from the Australian Federal Government through its Commercial Ready programme.
