Senior Sales Support Manager
This position has primary responsibility for Technical and Administrional support for mainly operator accounts in a designated regional territory, and the successful candidate will be required to work as a Customer oriented team player as an essential part of our Sales organization. The Senior Sales Support Manager is expected to continue to develop current relationships with existing customer base by providing answers and solutions to clients needs and by working closely with our Product Management.Senior Sales Support Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support sales in maximising the revenue
- Plans and implements regional sales support activities in an effective manner
- Identifies and support new business opportunities
- Coordinates technical and business correspondence
- Supports trials and demonstrations in region
- Provides information regarding trms of sales and deliveries
- Makes regular vists to Customers
- Gathers Market requirements
- Monitors competitive activity and provides reports to management
- Demonstrates good Salesmanship and responsible attitude
This is role for an experienced person who can” hit the ground running”. At least 5 years in the Sales or Product Management role in the cellular telecommunications infrastructure business would be desirable, and a tertiary-level engineering qualification is likely, to facilitate the right technical level of communications with RD & also with our demanding operator and vendor customers.
